Samantha’s ‘Under The Sea’ theme was whimsical yet elegant. Her Sweet 16 dress was white with stunning blue sequins that shimmered against the dazzling lights.
The evening was exceptionally upbeat with Royal Entertainment Productions of Freehold, New Jersey providing the Sweet 16 DJ Entertainment.
